Henderson Couple Sues Axiom
Here is a lawsuit filed the end of last month by a couple in Nevada.

If a suit was filed, why isn't there any record of it? Nothing in PACER or Justia!
Do they show federal and state? Did you search for the right term?
This is a federal case, isn't it? I checked all of the federal records. Are you suggesting I check state records?
I guess I don't know. Maybe it has been dismissed. I think I got it off of Pacer, but I'm not sure. It has been too long for me to remember.
