I really think this whole thing is too bad. The DRX9000 works great. Now all of the sudden the research is being done that should have been done in the first place...and the results are fantastic. As far as Ben Altadonna is concerned...he was duped just like everyone else. What was he supposed to do...contact the FDA and see if the device was "FDA Approved" or "FDA Cleared" ? Maybe he should have contacted NASA also. And...Altadonna had NOTHING to do with the Medicare issue. His approach was to offer the DRX9000 as a cash service that herniated disc patients would be glad to pay for...and they are. I'm not sure how it will shake out with Axiom, but hopefully we can still get parts and service on our machines. I plan to use them for a long time...as they do really help patients that have nowhere else to turn.
I AGREE COMPLETELY!
